Add all ingredients Select All
- Combine the butter, chilli and dried herbs in a bowl and set aside.
- Parboil the corn cobs in some salted water for 8–10 minutes.
- Transfer to the barbecue and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the outside is slightly charred.
- Remove and serve with the chilli butter.
- Season with salt if required.
