Corn on the Cob with Chilli Butter


No BBQ is complete without barbecued corn on the cob.

  1. Combine the butter, chilli and dried herbs in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Parboil the corn cobs in some salted water for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Transfer to the barbecue and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the outside is slightly charred.
  4. Remove and serve with the chilli butter.
  5. Season with salt if required.
