The safety and quality of the food that you and your family enjoy from SuperValu starts with carefully selected suppliers who are specially approved by our team to meet the rigorous requirements of the SuperValu Brand.
Products are distributed through our Independently accredited Supply Chain comprised of Distribution Centres and hundreds of delivery vehicles that ensure all products are delivered in the optimum condition every day.
Each SuperValu store complies with the Musgrave Retail Food Safety Standard and are checked regularly by Lloyds Register (LRQA) to verify that standards are continuously maintained to the highest level. All staff in store are also trained in food safety procedures.
If a product does not meet your expectations, our Consumer Complaints team will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The SuperValu Food Safety & Quality team conducts continuous checks product safety and quality across the full supply chain.
