Method

  1. I usually start by stirring my green tea with a small amount of water at the bottom of my smoothie machine, to create a paste like texture.
  2. I then wash & chop up my apples, kale, spinach & put them into the smoothie machine.
  3. Followed by my freshly squeezed lime juice, flaxseed, ice & water.
  4. Turn on your smoothie machine. Should take between 30-45 seconds to reach a smooth consistency, garnish with mint & serve!
