Put the yogurt in a bowl and sweeten to taste with the honey. Make sure you over sweeten it a bit because some of the sweetness will be lost when the ice pops
freeze. Mix well to combine.
Spoon into ice pop moulds and place in the freezer. Insert the ice pop sticks after 30 minutes, when the mixture is firm enough to hold them, and return to the
freezer until solid.
Alternatively, fold whole berries into the yoghurt or mash the berries in a bowl with a fork, adding some honey to
taste. Create colourful layers by alternating the fruit purée with the yogurt as you fill the moulds.
