Kilbeggan Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 drop Angostura Bitters
  • 25 ml Egg Whites
  • 1 measure Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey (70 cl)
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice

Method

Pour 1 measure of Kilbeggan Original, Kilbeggan Black or Connemara Peated Irish Whiskey (depending on how smoky you want it!) into a shaker 

Add 25 ml lemon juice 

Add 25ml egg white 

Shake well and strain into a glass over ice cubes 

Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters 

Garnish with some orange peel
