Method
Method:
Prepare the garlic
:
Use 1 clove of fresh garlic, peel, and either finely chop or crush it into a paste.
Adjust the amount of minced garlic based on your preference; usually, a small amount will suffice.
Mix the dipping sauce
:
In a small bowl, pour in 20 grams of soy sauce and 20 grams of rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
Stir well with a spoon to fully combine the soy sauce and vinegar.
Add 3 teaspoons of sesame oil, and stir again until evenly mixed.
Finally, add a small amount of fresh minced garlic and gently stir.
Adjust the taste
:
You can adjust the ratio of soy sauce and vinegar according to your personal taste, or add more minced garlic to enhance the garlic flavor.
