Traditional Chinese dumpling dipping sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced to taste
  • 20 g Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 20 g Soy Sauce

Method

Method:

  1. Prepare the garlic:
    • Use 1 clove of fresh garlic, peel, and either finely chop or crush it into a paste.
    • Adjust the amount of minced garlic based on your preference; usually, a small amount will suffice.
  2. Mix the dipping sauce:
    • In a small bowl, pour in 20 grams of soy sauce and 20 grams of rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
    • Stir well with a spoon to fully combine the soy sauce and vinegar.
    • Add 3 teaspoons of sesame oil, and stir again until evenly mixed.
    • Finally, add a small amount of fresh minced garlic and gently stir.
  3. Adjust the taste:
    • You can adjust the ratio of soy sauce and vinegar according to your personal taste, or add more minced garlic to enhance the garlic flavor.
