Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes and cook, stirring, for about a minute, or until fragrant.
- Add prawns and paprika and season with salt and pepper. Cook, tossing, for about 3 - 4 minutes, or until prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a large platter or individual plates. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
Chef Tips:
You can adjust the amount of garlic and chili flakes to suit your taste. You can also use frozen prawns, but make sure to thaw them completely before cooking. If you like, you can add some fresh parsley or basil for extra freshness.
