When we were peeling brussel sprouts, we decided to bake them to see if we could make crisps - they turned out delicious!

Ingredients
0.5tspGarlic Powder
3tbspOlive Oil
1pinchSalt
1tbspSoy Sauce
30 - SuperValu Brussels Sprouts
1pinchSuperValu Chilli Flakes
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Peel the layers off the Brussels sprouts and put them on a baking tray. Add the oil, tamari, garlic powder, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well, ensuring that each sprout is coated with the oil and spices.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the sprouts start to turn golden and crisp. Serve as a snack.
