  • 1 - Baguette cut into 12 slices
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 5 - Basil Leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 - Red Onion diced finely
  • 1 - Salt and Black Pepper to season
  • 1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Piccolo Cherry Vine Tomatoes quartered


  1. Chop your tomatoes, red onion, basic and mince your garlic
  2. Add your olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl with your chopped ingredients and mix together.
  3. Chop up your ciabatta bread in slices 
  4. Toast your ciabatta bread
  5. Add your tomato bruschetta mixture on your ciabatta and serve
