  • 600 g Easter Eggs Leftovers

Method

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave, cook at 30-second bursts, and stir after each.
  2. Alternatively, place it in a glass bowl placed over a simmering saucepan of water, do not allow the water to boil or the chocolate will burn.
  3. Stir as the chocolate melts and remove as soon as it is smooth.
  4. Grease and line a 23 x 33cm roasting tin or baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate into the tin. Tip the tin from side to side to let the chocolate find the corners and level out.
  6. Decorate the melted chocolate in the tin with your favourite sweets and chocolate.
  7. Leave to set in a fridge, then remove from the parchment and snap into shards. Enjoy!
