Method
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the marshmallows on medium heat until they melt entirely.
- Add the rice krunchies to the saucepan with the food dye and mix everything until you achieve an overall green colour.
- Line an 8x10-inch tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.Press the mixture evenly into the tin with a sheet of parchment paper on top. Refrigerate until set.
- Cut it into 10 rectangular pieces.
- Dip the top into the melted chocolate for the hair and roll in sprinkles. Use the melted chocolate as glue to stick on the rolos on each side, the eyes and the eyebrows. Make a mouth with the colouring gel.
- Refrigerate to set.
