Pink Beet Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Feighreys Beetroot Juice
- 50 ml Milk of choice, oat milk is a nice option.
- 3 tbsp Natural Yogurt
- 0.5 cup Oats
- 1 handfull Strawberries or your favourite toppings
Method
Method:
In a bowl or jar, add the oats, beetroot juice, natural yoghurt and milk. Stir together and leave in the fridge, ideally overnight to allow the flavours fuse. When ready to serve, add your favourite fruits, extra toppings and enjoy!
