This sweet & spicy barbecue sauce is a must have for any BBQ.

Ingredients
1tspChilli Powder
200mlCider Vinegar
2clovesGarlic
chopped
1tspGround Ginger
1 - Onion
chopped
100gSuperValu Brown Sugar
4 - SuperValu Peach
stoned and chopped
1tbspSuperValu Smoked Paprika
2tbspSuperValu Sunflower Oil
800gSuperValu Tomato Passata
9dropsTabasco Sauce
100gTomato Ketchup
Method
Heat the oil in a large heavybased frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened, then add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for a further 15 to 20 minutes over a medium to low heat, until the peaches are softened and the mixture has reduced and thickened. Pour into a sterilised 1 litre jar and screw on the lid. This sauce will keep for up to two months in the fridge.
