Ingredients

  • 4 - Anchovies in oil
  • 2 tbsp Capers drained and dried
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • 0.5 - Lemon zest
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 50 g Pitted Olives green
  • 8 tbsp SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 g SuperValu Fresh Basil
  • 10 g SuperValu Fresh Mint
  • 10 g SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf

Method

  1. Whiz up all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and drizzle in the olive oil. Lasts up to a week in the fridge if covered tightly.
