The kids will love decorating these fun Halloween cupcakes.

Ingredients
1tspBaking Powder
75gButter
150gCacao powder
1 - Caster Sugar
1 - Chocolate
bar, melted to decorate
12 - Cupcake Cases
2 - Eggs
1 - Food Colouring
pen in black.
12 - Lollipop Sticks
12 - Marshmallows
white in colour
200mlMilk
45 - Mini Marshmallows
white in colour
450gPlain Flour
1 - Sprinkles
225gSugar
36 - White Pretzels
Method
Mix sugar and butter together.
Add 2 eggs.
Continue mixing.
Add 200 ml milk and mix.
Sieve in 450g flour, 150g cocoa powder and 1 tsp baking powder and mix.
Pour the mixture into 12 cupcake cases in a cupcake tray.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180°C.
Once cooled decorated with melted chocolate, sprinkles, white pretzels and white marshmallows. Use the black food colouring to draw on the skeleton faces.
