Kevin's High Protein Berry Smoothie

A delicious supercharged high-protein berry smoothie, this will fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 160 g Frozen Blueberries
  • 30 g Goji Berries
  • 30 g Protein Powder
  • 25 g SuperValu Flaxseed Crunch
  • 100 g SuperValu Natural Yoghurt
  • 100 g SuperValu Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 100 ml Water

Method

  1. In a small bowl mix the goji berries and 1 tablespoon of water, allow to set for 15 minutes to make the berries softer.
  2. Transfer goji berries to a blender, add all other ingredients, and pulse until smooth.
  3. Divide into 2 serving glasses and enjoy.
