The perfect quick and easy Friday night fakeaway!

  • 1 - Carrots (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 100 g Grated Cheese
  • 1 handfull Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 - Onion (sliced)
  • 150 g Red Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 - Red Chilli (chopped)
  • 40 g Rocket
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 8 - Soft Flour Tortillas
  • 100 ml Sour Cream
  • 1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Black Tiger Prawns
  • 4 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Fire Roasted Pepper Relish


  1. In a bowl, combine the red cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onions, half lemon juice, and mayonnaise and stir. Keep covered.
  2. Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Sprinkle some salt over the hot dry pan. Add the prawns and sear for a minute or so.
  3. Season and add the slices of garlic and chilli to the pan. Fry for a further minute or so and add a squeeze of lemon juice over the prawns. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan and place them on a serving board with the salad leaves, red cabbage slaw, sour cream, roasted red pepper relish and cheese.
  5. Let the family build their tacos using the tortillas, sour cream, coleslaw, prawns, lettuce, grated cheese and relish. Serve and enjoy immediately.
