Sometimes my lunch consists of a mix of all these ingredients placed in a lunchbox. Trying to eat healthy on the go is a challenge, so preparation is crucial.

Ingredients

  • 6 - Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 - SuperValu Avocado stoned,halved and sliced
  • 50 g SuperValu Goodness Cashew Nuts
  • 0.75 head SuperValu Iceberg Lettuce shredded
  • 100 g SuperValu King Prawns cooked
  • 4 slices SuperValu Smoked Salmon

Method

  1. To make the salad, simply toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl or lunchbox and eat straight away.
