Christmas Cosmo
You can decorate the glass by rubbing a small drop of this cocktail around the rim of the glass, then dip in some sugar, this is a lovely sweet contrast to the sharp lime in the cocktail

Ingredients
- 120 ml Cointreau
- 240 ml SuperValu Cranberry Juice
- 4 tsp SuperValu Lime juiced
- 120 ml Vodka
Method
- Place your martini glasses in the freezer.
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the vodka, cranberry juice, cointreau and lime juice and shake to mix.
- Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour – enjoy immediately!
- Decorate with a thin slice of lime if desired.
