Brandy Butter
This is a really simple, easy to make butter that is full of festive flavour.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Brandy
- 90 g Light Muscovado Sugar
- 90 g SuperValu Icing Sugar
- 150 g Unsalted Butter softened
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat until smooth. Place on a sheet of cling film and roll into a cylinder shape approximately 30.5cm long. Roll up and put in the fridge to set and use as required.
