A wow dessert! Hot and cold, crunchy and chewy all at once!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Caster Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread
  • 2 - Egg Whites
  • 5 - Hazelnuts crushed
  • 2 scoops Signature Tastes Salted Caramel Ice Cream
  • 2 - SuperValu Signature Tastes Belgian Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Method

Method: 

1. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the caster sugar until glossy and stiff peaks form. 

2. Spoon 1 tbsp chocolate spread onto each cookie and top with one scoop of Signature Tastes Salted Caramel ice cream. 

3. Cover with meringue and sprinkle with chopped nuts. 

 

Bake at 190C in an air fryer for 5 minutes.
