Ingredients
- 4 parts Gin
- 1 part Honey
- 0 - Soda Water
- 12 sticks SuperValu Cucumber
- 1 part SuperValu Lemon Juice
- 4 slices SuperValu Lime
- 0 - SuperValu Lime
Method
- Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup or honey.
- Divide between four glasses.
- First garnish with the slices of lime, lime zest and cucumber sticks. Then top with the club soda.
