Teeling summer punch


This perfectly seasonal punch is an Irish version of sangria.

Serves: 10 people

  • 200 ml Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 50 ml Cointreau
  • 0 - Ice Cubes
    to serve
  • 500 g Mixed Berries
    and dried apricots
  • 100 ml SuperValu Sparkling Water
  • 250 ml Teeling Single Grain Whiskey


  1. Pour the whiskey, Cointreau and mixed fruit into a large jug and let it sit for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
  2. Fill the jug with ice and add the wine, then stir well.
  3. Top up with sparkling water before serving immediately.
