1 - Black Pepper
800 g Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Ground Coriander
1 - Salt
1 - SuperValu Green Chilli
fresh, deseeded and chopped
8 - SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
Put the chicken, tomatoes, chilli, spices and some salt and pepper in your slow cooker and stir to coat. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 2 hours or cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Remove the chicken and shred with two forks, then put it back into the slow cooker and mix together. Check the seasoning.
Serve the chicken in tortilla wraps with shredded iceberg lettuce and a dollop of sour cream.
