Simply Eggs

Serves: 1 person

  • 1 - Fresh Egg
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Chives


(from 6 months)
  1. Place the egg in a pan of water and bring to the boil for 6 – 7 minutes – the yolk of the egg must be solid.
  2. Allow to cool slightly then remove the eggs shells.
  3. Using a blender blitz the egg, and add a sprinkling of chives.
  4. Serve immediately.
