Potato, Broccoli and Pea Mash

Ingredients

Serves: 6 people

  • 0 - Black Pepper
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 50 g Frozen Peas
  • 0 - Milk
    for thinning
  • 0 - SuperValu Butter
  • 350 g SuperValu Potatoes

Method

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes and the broccoli in a steamer for approx 10-12 min's.
  3. Add the peas for the final 3-4 min's.
  4. When all the vegetables have softened through, place in a bowel and mash together adding butter and seasoning.
  5. Add breast or formula milk if you need to thin this for younger babies.
