  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
  2. Puree the banana and the peaches and place them in an oven proof dish.
  3. Mix the milk and the egg yolks and pour over the pureed fruit.
  4. Place the dish in the centre of a baking tray and pour water around the tray until it's over halfway over your dish.
  5. Cook in the oven for approx 20 – 25 min's until set.
  6. Set aside and allow to cool before serving.
