- Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
- Puree the banana and the peaches and place them in an oven proof dish.
- Mix the milk and the egg yolks and pour over the pureed fruit.
- Place the dish in the centre of a baking tray and pour water around the tray until it's over halfway over your dish.
- Cook in the oven for approx 20 – 25 min's until set.
- Set aside and allow to cool before serving.
