Ingredients
- 100 g Brown Rice cooked
- 125 g Mackerel from a tin in sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp Water
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until
blended. - This can be served straight away or stored in the fridge for two to three days.
