Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 100 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 - Kiwi fruit
    peeled and sliced
  • 1 - SuperValu Granny Smith Apples
    cored and diced
  • 1 - SuperValu Orange
    or 2 Satsumas, peeled into segment
  • 1 - SuperValu Pear
    cored and diced
  • 1 tin SuperValu Pineapple
    juice retained for the containers to prevent the other fruit from discolouring
  • 100 g SuperValu Strawberries
    cut into quarters

Method

  1. Place the orange, apple, kiwi, pear, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries to a large bowl.
  2. Add the pineapple juice and combine to coat all the fruit into the syrup.
  3. Spoon into serving dishes or storing box. Store into the fridge a few hours.
