1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 - Spring Onions
1 - SuperValu Carrot
peeled and grated
150 g SuperValu Noodles
(striaght to wok medium egg noodles)
- Heat the oil in the pan over a medium heat. Separate the noodles and add to the pan.
- Add the vegetables and sesame seeds and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile combine the dressing ingredients.
- Take the noodles off the heat and add the dressing.
- Serve warm in a food flask or serve cold as noodle salad.
