SuperValu Siobhan Berry Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

Serves: 2 people

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 - Spring Onions
    finely chopped
  • 1 - SuperValu Carrot
    peeled and grated
  • 150 g SuperValu Noodles
    (striaght to wok medium egg noodles)
For the dressing:
  • 1 clove Garlic
    minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Ginger
    grated

Method

  1. Heat the oil in the pan over a medium heat. Separate the noodles and add to the pan.
  2. Add the vegetables and sesame seeds and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile combine the dressing ingredients.
  4. Take the noodles off the heat and add the dressing. 
  5. Serve warm in a food flask or serve cold as noodle salad.
