To Serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C/375˚F.
  2. In a food processor, blitz the chickpeas, cream cheese with olive oil, the shallot, garlic, and chilli pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken Goujons on a baking tray and roast for 12 -15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In the meantime, split the bagel and toast quickly.
  6. Spread the bases with hummus and top with chicken Goujon, some lettuce, tomato and cucumber ribbons and the bagels tops.

Serve immediately.
