200 g Chickpeas
drained and rinsed
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 pack SuperValu Chicken Goujons
0.5 tsp SuperValu Chilli Powder
1 clove SuperValu Garlic
0.5 - SuperValu Lemon
2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
0 - SuperValu Salt
0.5 - SuperValu Shallots
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C/375˚F.
- In a food processor, blitz the chickpeas, cream cheese with olive oil, the shallot, garlic, and chilli pepper until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken Goujons on a baking tray and roast for 12 -15 minutes until cooked through.
- In the meantime, split the bagel and toast quickly.
- Spread the bases with hummus and top with chicken Goujon, some lettuce, tomato and cucumber ribbons and the bagels tops.
