  1. Remove your stones from your cherries. Place cherries in small saucepan with a tablespoon of water and heat on medium for a few minutes.
  2. Transfer to a blender add the mint leaves and puree until just smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in your Greek yogurt until you get the right consistency.
  4. Portion into your pots and keep in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for future use. This mixture also works well as an ice-pop using ice-pop moulds.
