- Remove your stones from your cherries. Place cherries in small saucepan with a tablespoon of water and heat on medium for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a blender add the mint leaves and puree until just smooth and creamy.
- Add in your Greek yogurt until you get the right consistency.
- Portion into your pots and keep in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for future use. This mixture also works well as an ice-pop using ice-pop moulds.
