This beef rub is perfect for seasoning beef and giving your meal that extra pop of flavour.

Serves: 4 people
For whatever rub you’re making, place all the ingredients in a pestle and mortar or a food processor and pulse to crush and combine. Store in jars in a cool, dry place. They will keep for several months if well sealed.
