Dry White Wine
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
- Unwrap the St Killian from the packaging. Line a small, tight-fitting ovenproof dish with parchment paper and place the cheese in it.
- Score the top of the cheese with a sharp knife three or four times. Sprinkle with the wine or Martini, the garlic and the black pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
