- Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
- Puree the banana and apricots and place in the base of an ovenproof dish.
- Mix the milk with the egg yolks and pour over the fruit puree.
- Place the dish in the centre of a baking tray and pour water around the tray until it’s over halfway over your dish.
- Cook in the oven for 18 - 20 minutes until set.
- Remove and allow to cool before serving.
