Apple ice tea recipe


This apple iced tea is a refreshing summer treat so non-drinkers don’t feel left out.

  1. Pour the apple juice and water into a pot with the lemon zest. Bring it up to a high heat and drop in the teabags.
  2. Put the lid on the pot and bring the heat down. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then remove the teabags.
  3. Pour the lemon juice into the pot along with the honey, stirring to combine. When cooled, serve in a jug with the apple slices and lots of ice.
