Apple Iced Tea
This apple iced tea is a refreshing summer treat so non-drinkers don’t feel left out.

Ingredients
- 225 g Honey (1/2 jar)
- 0 - Ice Cubes
- 3 - Lemon zest and juice
- 1 L SuperValu Apple Juice
- 3 - SuperValu Red Apples finely sliced
- 6 - Supervalu Tea Bags
- 200 ml Water
Method
- Pour the apple juice and water into a pot with the lemon zest. Bring it up to a high heat and drop in the teabags.
- Put the lid on the pot and bring the heat down. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then remove the teabags.
- Pour the lemon juice into the pot along with the honey, stirring to combine. When cooled, serve in a jug with the apple slices and lots of ice.
