Method

1. Grease oven proof dish, preheat oven to 180C.
2. Add the diced fish, season with salt & pepper.
3. Mix Milk, grated Cheddar Cheese, Thyme and Dijon Mustard in a mixing bowl and pour over fish mixture.
4. Add mashed potatoes to cover the entire fish mixture.
5. Sprinkle bread crumbs on the top of the mashed potatoes
6. Depending on the oven, cook for around 50 minutes.
