Without the bone
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, bay leave and herbs together to make the marinade
- Cover the lamb with the tasty marinade.
- Use médium Heat on the BBQ turning lamb every 5 minutes.
- Usual cooking time is 40 mins but it depends on personal taste( Well done, médium etc)
