  • 4 pack Brioche Buns hot dog
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Lime juice
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 1 medium Shallot chopped
  • 1 - SuperValu Signature Tastes Irish Pork Supreme Sausages
  • 2 tbsp oregano leaves roughly chopped

To Serve

  • 1 medium Butterhead Lettuce
  • 1 handfull Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red Onion sliced



Preheat the barbecue to medium and cook the sausages over indirect heat for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red chilli flakes, shallots, garlic, coriander, oregano and parsley with the lime.

Toast the buns and spread with the mayonnaise mixture, adding cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, salad leaves and grilled sausages.
