This has to be one of the tastiest and easiest recipes ever.  It's super versatile, as you can use it in pasta, salads or even on chicken and fish. Or try serving it as a dip for crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 20 slices Country Bread (half-slices) toasted in the oven
  • 100 g Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 300 g Sun-Blushed Tomatoes (from the SuperValu deli counter)
  • 50 g SuperValu Fresh Basil

To serve

  • 1 handfull Vegetables (crunchy)

Method

1. Empty the container of sun-blushed tomatoes together with their oil into a blender. Add the Parmesan, basil and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and blend, but leave some coarse bits in the mix for texture.

2. Spoon into a dish and serve with the toasted bread and crunchy vegetables.
