Country Vegetable Soup

You could have garlic toasted bread on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 6 - Carrots
  • 1 head SuperValu Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Cream
  • 2 handfull SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
  • 1 - Vegetable Stock cube

Method

  1. Boil the vegetables for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add in the stock cube and boil until it melts.
  3. Remove from the hob and mix all ingredients together in a blender.
  4. Serve evenly into soup bowls and serve with a tablespoon of fresh cream and parsley on top to garnish.
