Experiment with other types of biscuits, e.g. HobNobs or Chocolate Biscuits.Instead of using 1 bag of Malteasers, try using a half packet of Munchies cut in half.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 50 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 15 - Digestive Biscuits Roughly Crushed
  • 15 - Glace Cherries Halved
  • 1 bag Malteasers
  • 15 - Marshmallows Quartered

Method

1. Line an 8" tin with cling film / baking paper.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Transfer to prepared tin, press in firmly and cover the top of the cake with coconut.
4. Place in fridge and allow to set for at least 4 hours, ideally over night before cutting into 20 squares.
