Fruit cocktails are an ideal way to enjoy a summery drink. They can be styled up for non-drinkers and simplified for the kids. Serve with lots of fruit garnish for the kids.

Chilled SuperValu Orange, Pear & Lime Juice
slices to granish
For the rosemary syrup:
SuperValu Fresh Rosemary
plus extra to garnish
1. Prepare the syrup in advance.
2. Heat the sugar and water on a low heat. Once the sugar has
dissolved, bring to a gentle simmer and add the rosemary.
3. Allow to simmer for a further 8 to 10 minutes, then remove
from the heat and leave to cool completely.
4. Place some ice in a tall glass and add a tablespoon of the
rosemary syrup. Top with the Chilled SuperValu Orange, Pear & Lime Juice, then garnish with an orange slice and a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
If you add some orange bitters to the mix it will create a deeper flavour, making the drink feel more sophisticated for nondrinking friends.
