1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
1 - Banana
100 g Frozen Raspberries
100 g Frozen Strawberries
200 ml Milk
coconut, almond, regular or skimmed
- Put the frozen fruit and banana into a blender with the chia seeds, add the milk and blend until smooth. The frozen fruit gives the smoothie its texture. You might have to scrape the mixture down towards the blade halfway through.
- Spoon out into a bowl and arrange the toppings decoratively. You can mix and match your smoothie ingredients and toppings according to your taste or availability.
