Ingredients

Serves: 2 people

  • 1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 1 - Banana
    sliced
  • 100 g Frozen Raspberries
  • 100 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 200 ml Milk
    coconut, almond, regular or skimmed
Toppings
  • 1 - Banana
  • 0 - Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Granola
  • 2 - Kiwi fruit
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Raspberries
    fresh

Method

  1. Put the frozen fruit and banana into a blender with the chia seeds, add the milk and blend until smooth. The frozen fruit gives the smoothie its texture. You might have to scrape the mixture down towards the blade halfway through.
  2. Spoon out into a bowl and arrange the toppings decoratively. You can mix and match your smoothie ingredients and toppings according to your taste or availability.
