Ginger mint twist

Serves: 1 person

  • 50 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 1 slice SuperValu Fresh Ginger
  • 1 sprig SuperValu Fresh Mint
  • 100 ml Tonic Water


  1. Add ginger slice to balloon glass and muddle.
  2. Add ice, stir until frosted, then strain excess liquid.
  3. Add Bombay Sapphire.
  4. Pour chilled tonic water down a bar spoon and lift once gently.
  5. Garnish with sliver of ginger and mint sprig.
