Baby Potato and French Beans Salad


Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


Serves: 6 people

  • 250 g French Beans
    trimmed and cut in three
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 750 g SuperValu Baby Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
For the Dressing:
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Put all the dressing ingredients together in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously. Steam the potatoes until cooked but still firm. Tumble into a bowl and pour over half the dressing while still warm. Steam the beans and add to the potatoes along with the red onion and dill. Add the rest of the dressing, season with salt and pepper and toss well.
