Quick, easy and healthy Quinoa Salad.

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 oz Almonds
  • 1 cup Quinoa
    Cooked
  • 1 cup SuperValu Carrot
    Shredded
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Goodness Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Honey
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
  • 1 cup SuperValu Onion
    Shredded
  • 1 drop SuperValu Soy Sauce
  • 8 oz SuperValu White Cabbage
    Shredded
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu White Wine Vinegar

Method

Toss all the ingredients together until combined. You then have a lovely tasty salad. This will stay fresh for 1 day in the fridge covered.
