Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 cup Alpro Almond Original Milk 1ltr
  • 1 - Banana
    frozen
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 - SuperValu Goodness Pitted Dates
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Spinach

Method

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Remove pit from dates if they have not already been pitted.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
