Product Recalls

Find out more about Product Recalls.

We take the safety of our products very seriously.

Occasionally issues may arise with products on sale on our shelves – both food and non food items.

In the event of an issue, we have a Rapid Response Process that ensures all stores are notified within a matter of hours.
Affected products are then removed from the shelves to ensure the safety of our customers.

Some recalls or withdrawals can include instore notices, notification to online customers by email and media press releases.
All recalls are managed by the Food Safety & Quality team who also liaise closely with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland in addition to other agencies.

Recent recalls:

Wicklow St Killians Cheese 150g

Chrissy's Cheesecakes Cookies & Cream 160g

Happy Pear Hummus Range 150g-180g
