All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Prize winner will be notified by phone if they have won a prize.
The decision of the promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
Economy Class flights available from Dublin International Airport only; Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
Winner and guest must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Accommodation is based on two people sharing a double or twin room; Hotel accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
All prize elements are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion.
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
The prize cannot be taken from 19th December to 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over Irish public holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
Once booked, the prize cannot be amended.
The prize excludes travel from the winner’s home address to departure airport, meals and drinks (except where specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
Prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material both on and offline.
The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
